Sarah is Kay’s daughter and together they run the restaurant. She can be very tempremental and would be very well suited in the kitchen. Sarah is very accident prone, soon there won’t be any glasses left. |

Kay/Co Director |
Kay has taken up a gym membership, now you will always find her there, getting her moneys worth. Kay is used to living the life of luxury she keeps making ridiculous excuses not to camping with her boyfriend. The womans as blind as a bat. She also enjoys going to Ikea to replace glasses that Sarah has broken. |

Jenny/ Restaurant supervisor |
Jenny would make a brilliant young politician as she is always noticing things needing done. She can be found tagging along with her friends going to car shows. Between Jenny and Donna they take control on the nights Kay and Sarah are off. |

Donna/ Restaurant Supervisor |
Donna has a 7 year old daughter Rebecca, she takes after Donna in many ways. Donna can also be very accident prone walking into tables and dropping things. If you are looking for a chat, go to Donna, she enjoys a good blether. |

Caitlin/Waitress |
Caitlin is Restaurant 102’s very own recruitment officer, most of the staff have came highly recommended by Caitlin. She has a very bubbly personality and is always up for a laugh, you will find her here quite often, if she’s not working she will be in for a meal. |

Bell/Waitress |
This is one of Caitlins friends who coincedently has the same name, which is very confusing, therefore we call her Bell. Bell is our budding artist as she enjoys photography and drawing. |

Lisa/Waitress |
Another friend of Caitlin, Lisa always has a big smile on her face and is in a good mood. She inspires to become a famous dancer, Bell describes her as “mad as a hatter”. |

Joe/Waiter |
We use Joe as a ladder as he is without a doubt the tallest here. Joe is Caitlins friend and neighbour and is a budding reporter for the Scotsman and is our food critic, he wines and dines his girlfriend around but always comes back to 102. |

Blair/Waiter |
He is the restaurants athlete. Blair is the most level headed member of staff, wanting to become the local bobby. If you feel a draft it is no doubt Blair running by with someones meal. |

Sally/Barmaid |
Sally is our “bit of posh”, but deep down a typical student. She is a bit of a party animal, but it is not a cheap night out with her, She is most likely to be found either side of a bar, but don’t get into a conversation with her as she is studying to become a psychologist. |

Hollie/Waitress |
Hollie is Kay’s neice, they like to keep it in the family. She is quiet but down to earth.Hollie is also studying photography and would like to become Forensic photographer, you would’nt think it to look at her as she comes across sweet and innocent. |

Chris/Waitor |
Chris is another of Caitlins friends, he always comes running in late straight to the mirror to fix his hair. Chris can be found doing his Bingo wing exercises that Kay cut out the paper for him. |

Stuart/Head Chef |
Stuart is the driving force of the kitchen and also adds a corrupt element. Stuarts wife is Sarah’s best friend, so they spend quite a lot of time together. Stuart has a new pride and joy, his baby daughter Rose, he always showinga new photo or video of her. Stuart likes his practical jokes and could put Peter Kay to shame. Big Aberdeen fan, he told me they were good back in the day. |

Lee/Sous Chef |
Lee has just moved into his own flat and Kay has introduced him to Ikea (she should work on commision). Lee also enjoys a little flutter at the bookies but never tells us when he’s loosing money. He is always on the hunt for a “classy bird”. |

Debbie/ Juinior Chef de Partie |
Debbie is always looking forward to her next holiday or getting away in her car “suzi” for road trips. She has just left college and graduated from commis chef. Debbie wrote all this info about everyone but apparently is not taking any responsability. (We’ll see) |

Ola/Kitchen Assistant |
We have two Polish girls in the kitchen. Ola is the crazy one, since coming here she has learnt alot and her Scottish is comming on great. Ola is heading home to Poland in October to get married (good luck Eric) Ola is a woman of many talents, she first applied as a waitress but started as a KP, now she does the cleaning and has started as a commis chef. Soon she will be managment if were not carefull! |

Agy/Commis Chef |
Agy is the quiet Polish girl, forever going out on her bike, she cycles everywhere. If your on a night out be carefull she is likely to pour a beer or two down you. She is also a keen photographer on the last night out she took 182 photos in the space of a couple of hours. |

Emma/mucks in Where required |
Emma gives alot of her time to charitable works and is starting college in September. She has two dogs and is often found down the beach with them. She started here as a waitress moved onto barmaid and now helps out in the kitchen, ask her for chicken lips in brine or how to catch a haggis, she now knows the answer. |
|

Wilma/Kitchen Porter |
Last but not least Wilma is latest to join the team in the kitchen and is already fitting in really well. Not a technology whizz, her nephew tried to teach her how to work a mobile phone, but we have still not seen her with one. |
